Terms and Conditions of Sale (T&Cs)

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale govern purchases made on the Prixman store.

1. Purpose

The T&Cs define the rights and obligations of Prixman and the customer in the context of online product sales.

2. Price

Prices displayed are in euros (€) and include VAT where applicable. Prixman reserves the right to change its prices at any time, but products will be invoiced at the rate in effect at the time the order is confirmed.

3. Order

Any order placed on our site implies acceptance of these T&Cs. The customer receives a confirmation email after validation.

4. Payment

Payments are secured via our certified providers. No banking information is stored on our site.

5. Delivery

Delivery is provided in France. Delivery times vary between 5 and 12 business days depending on the product. A tracking email is sent upon shipment.

6. Right of withdrawal

The customer has a period of 14 days to exercise their right of withdrawal in accordance with the law.

7. Returns and refunds

8. Liability
Prixman is not responsible for delays related to the carrier or circumstances beyond our control.
